Mountain House Feral Cat Rescue

proudly serves to help control and maintain the feral cat population of Mountain House, California through the TNR (Trap Neuter Return) process, recognized as the most effective and humane means of dealing with feral cats.

We are a small, all volunteer, community rescue with no specific public facilities as of yet. Our capacity for service, therefore, is limited to within the confines of the Mountain House Master-Planned community boundaries.

In addition, MHFCR is not set up to deal with domesticated pet issues. Neutering services may be able to be made available through our network, but re-homing, shots, or other services are not generally available to the public.

For specific help in dealing with feral cats and/or kittens within our area of service, please reach out by phone, email, or through our Facebook page.

Our Deepest gratitude for your support.

Organization The entire MHFCR endeavor is accomplished through volunteer efforts and the generous donations of friends and neighbors who want to help make a difference in our community. We need and appreciate your help. Financial donations will go toward the veterinary bills associated with TNR, and with treating kittens. We work with local Veterinarians who have agreed to provide their services at a considerable discount off their standard rates. However, it's not free. Aside from the financial support, we do also accept and appreciate donation of such things as clumping cat litter, dry cat and kitten food, and the like.
